Regarding the health, safety and environment protection Company is guided with:

State normative requirements of Russian Federation on occupational safety;
State standards on occupational safety;
Sanitary norms of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Inspection of Russia;

Specific rules and instructions on occupational safety in pipeline construction

When starting specific and/or dangerous jobs or operations personnel has to be pass obligatory instruction on requirements and rules of safety, fire prevention, registering signature and logs in special time-journal.

All divisions on construction sites are completed with instructions for all types of activity and manuals for operating on the equipment, vehicle, heavy road engineering. Training and examination on safety, fire preventions and ecological rules is arranged and carry on with authorized diagrams.

Each worker or engineer has to pass obligatory medical examination, especially when starting and closing dangerous operations and specific job in harmful conditions.

This activity, sure, is fully supported also with necessary means of individual protection, overalls and tool.

Within all construction divisions there are special groups of experts, preparing and developing Occupational Safety, Health and Environment protection Management Systems required by OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
